About Kearney Atelier
Kearney Atelier is executive education taught by someone who has done the job.
The settings range from luxury real estate and hospitality to live entertainment and other high-service operating environments. The subject is what transfers: standards, judgment, people, and money.
Modules draw on decisions made and lived with over a career of leading organizations. They are being developed around practical tools and applied work.
The first modules are in production. Enrollment opens when they are ready.
Kearney Atelier is the home for Ronan’s teaching, from property operations and service to management and the wider practice of leadership.
Private Coaching with Ronan
One-to-one, direct, and built around where you are. No curriculum, no script.
Private coaching for executives, founders, and senior operators facing a larger role, a difficult decision, or a period of change. Ronan helps you examine the situation, work through the consequences, and decide what to do next.
- Taking on a larger role Set direction, establish expectations, and decide what needs your attention first.
- Leading through a difficult decision Work through the people, operating, and financial consequences before you act.
- Building the organization around you Clarify responsibilities, strengthen your team, and address the decisions that keep coming back to your desk.
Senior career transitions, including interview preparation and how you present your experience, can also be addressed.
The attention is personal. So is the decision to work together.
I take on a small number of private coaching clients. I look for people who are serious about the work: willing to examine their own decisions, hear a candid view, and put what we discuss into practice.
The first conversation is for both of us to decide whether the fit is right and whether I can make a useful difference. If it is, we agree what we’re working toward.
Private coaching is by arrangement. The purpose, number of sessions, and any preparation or contact between sessions are agreed before we begin.
I live outside New York or outside the United States. Can I work with Ronan?
Yes. Private coaching can take place by video, with sessions scheduled across time zones. The first conversation is about your situation, what you want to work on, and whether the fit is right. In-person sessions can also be discussed and arranged separately.
Tell Ronan what you’re responsible for, what you’re working through, and what you’re prepared to change.

About Ronan
Ronan Kearney has led operating organizations across national portfolios and some of New York’s most demanding residential properties, with responsibility for people, finance, service, openings, and technology. Over two decades he has built those organizations discipline by discipline, and trained and mentored the managers and executives who went on to lead at some of the most respected firms in New York real estate.
Kearney Atelier draws on that experience: real situations, consequential decisions, and lessons tested under pressure. Ronan teaches as he leads, with precision, candor, and respect for complexity.
Dublin-born, New York City raised.
