About Ronan Kearney
My work is leadership, real estate is simply where it happens.
Ronan Kearney is an operating executive. He has built teams, led businesses through growth and transition, and spent two decades accountable for people, operations, and results.
Ronan Kearney is a New Yorker by way of Dublin, a dual citizen shaped by two cultures that value storytelling, resilience, and a well-timed sense of humor.
New York is home. His parents and extended family are on the Emerald Isle, never far from mind.
Ronan attended the United Nations International School in New York. Growing up among people from different countries helped shape an international outlook that remains part of how he works.
Outside of work, Ronan is an active athlete and a lifelong student of philosophy. He believes the most capable leaders are rarely one-dimensional. The best operators he has known are also readers, builders, artists, or athletes, people whose curiosity and discipline extend well beyond the work they’re paid to do.
Ronan lives accordingly: traveling widely across Europe and the Americas, catching rock concerts whenever he can, wandering through art museums wherever he finds himself, and staying endlessly curious about the music, architecture, and daily life of the places he visits.
Ronan lives in New York City and welcomes conversations with principals, family offices, and boards; with developers, sponsors, and their sales teams; and with founders and executives deciding what comes next. He is also available for speaking engagements, podcasts, and select media appearances.
Ronan Kearney formed Greymont to advise owners, boards, investors, developers, and their sales and leasing teams on increasing value and improving service in exceptional residential properties.
Before the towers, there were arenas, comedy clubs, theatres, and red-carpet premieres.
Ronan learned operations where the public was watching. He ran the Paris Theatre, reopened the Beekman, and hosted premieres with talent, press, and VIPs on the carpet outside. At The Town Hall he supervised more than sixty staff on nights when the Dalai Lama or Hillary Clinton was on stage and the NYPD, FDNY, and Secret Service were part of the plan. He handled backstage and VIP security from the US Open final to Paul McCartney at Citi Field and a private concert series in East Hampton, and worked nights at Carolines on Broadway, the Times Square comedy club; Webster Hall, the East Village music venue and nightclub; and the Prudential Center arena.
What carried forward was the standard: preparation, discretion, service, and making sure the operation worked when the lights came on.
Music & Writing
Ronan is a guitarist, vocalist, and writer who has been creating and recording music for years across multiple projects. Earlier work in AudioAmor led to NOEN SKY, his current music project. In addition to recording his own music, Ronan is editing his father’s memoir, following his father’s journey from rural Ireland to London, New York, and home again. Music has been a lifelong passion, alongside writing.
AudioAmor was a New York City rock and roll band formed by Ronan Kearney around groove, melody, rhythm, and emotion. The quartet recorded and released a full-length album of original music, sold online through iTunes, and played New York rooms including Bowery Electric, The Bitter End, Crash Mansion, and the Rethink Pop Music Festival. The band eventually ended as life moved on, but the record remains available and continues to find new listeners.
NOEN SKY is Ronan Kearney’s new music project, developed in off-hours through digital studio techniques and a more atmospheric, less guitar-driven vision. Inspired by artists such as Tycho, Tame Impala, Daniel Lanois, and Brian Eno, yet rooted in a lifelong love of classic melodic rock, it explores cinematic songs and evocative soundscapes shaped by guitars, vocals, and atmosphere.
